A wide range of different turrets are available from ABG from Glueless Turrets to high speed turrets capable of seven second cycles, allowing specific requirements to be met.

The LCTR is the most cost effective solution for the automatic turret rewinding of self adhesive label productions.
The LCTR is available in 330 and 410 web widths. It is ideally suited for the rewinding of standard self adhesive label products. Made to a fixed specification, the LCTR is very competitive on price.
As with all Vectra Turret Rewinders the LCTR has been specifically designed to reduce set up and make-ready times allowing quick job changes. |

The ECTR model includes all the benefits of the LCTR, however the ECTR is fully upgradable with a wide range of options.
These options include servo technology upgrades allowing the ETCR to produce a range of finished rolls from a wide spectrum of substrates. The ECTR is also fully compatible with automatic core loading options and finished roll label application options.
Many options are also retrofitable, giving the customer the opportunity to add certain modules at a later date.
The ECTR has a wide range of optional extras including automatic core loading and is fully compatible with A B Graphic International Ltds own 100% camera inspection systems.

The STR includes servo technology as standard and is the most technologically advanced turret available.
Designed to produce high quality finished rolls with little input from the operator the STR is available in 330, 410 and 510 web widths.

The STRS has been designed to incorporate slitting options and turn bar options within the machine itself, (usually these options are stand alone units).
The STRS includes, as standard, a rotary scissor slitting unit consisting of quick release knife and anvil, automatic lateral and vertical movement of knives and cross web adjustment.
The STS is the one stop turret solution for producing quality finished rolls.
It is also available with a wide range of optional extras, including automatic core loading and 100% camera inspection. |
