Web advance - presents the pre-slit web to the cores for a quick and accurate roll change.

Missing label detection - multi lane system designed for quick set up and detection of
missing labels and matrix errors. All errors are automatically placed on the splicing table for
corrective action. A system for clear on clear labels is also available.

Flag and splice detection - sensors monitor the roll and, in the event of a flag or mill
splice, the machine is brought to a controlled stop and the errors presented on the splicing
table.

Auto disengage knife box upgrade - enables scissor knives to be disengaged from the
web at the turn of a switch. Also includes removable knife shafts.

Crush knife slitting - available in place of or in addition to the standard rotary scissor
system.

Razor blade slitting - cassette available to add onto the standard scissor slitting knife box.

Off line knife setting fixture - for setting slitting knives off line with the accuracy of a
Vernier setting device. Note - must be ordered in conjunction with auto disengage option.

Bulk waste rewinder - for quick removal of lengthy sections of waste material in tidy
manageable rolls.

Motorised reel lifting device - electrically operated roll lift capable of loading parent roll
up to 700mm (27.5") in diameter.

Clear label count sensor - a sensor for counting clear on clear label products.

Stroboscopes - a range of stroboscopes is offered, interfaced to the machine ensuring
automatic synchronisation regardless of speed.

Rotary die cutting stations - a choice of single or twin rotary die stations transform the
Omega into a blank label converting system. Includes matrix stripping with pneumatic
mandrel and matrix break sensor (Note - maximum speed when die cutting 200 metres per
minute).

Die Adaptors - to accommodate customers existing tooling.

Re-Register die cutting - a re-register drive system for the rotary die units, enabling pre-
printed materials to be cut in accurate registration.

600mm diameter rewind option - with taper tension.

12mm rewind mandrel upgrade - electrical upgrade package including end support.

Fleye 100% web inspection camera system - fully integrated with Omega rewinder for
total inspection of the printed web. All faults are automatically delivered to the splicing table
of correction.

Flood coating and re-register printing systems - flood coating and servo drive re-
register flexographic print stations are available for both water based and UV systems.
