The printface control system fleyeVision, developed and manufactured by AB Graphic GmbH, is an inline printface control system, camera based and easy to integrate in slitter/rewinders and printing presses of all types.

It guarantees not only a 100 % printface inspection for labels, foils and sheets, but can check barcode, OCR-numberings and Braillecode as well. The secure inspect and data capture system developed by HP is an additional module for the fleyeVision printface control system. This module can be used to decode and validate proprietary HP codes as color tiles and clusters. These codes have the additional capability of copy detection and authentification to further secure the label customer's supply chain. The software not only decodes the variable data, but in conjunction with the HP Indigo digital press and the rest of the HP Smart Label & Packaging Solution, it will validate the data printed with the registry of uniquely serialized labels. This capability enables a secure supply of verified labels for use in Track and Trace capabilities, required in upcoming legislation in the Pharma market and desired in other critical markets. FleyeVision can be run on AB Graphic machines, but can be integrated into every other commercial slitter-rewinder or finishing machine, too.
