The flytec 100 rewinding and inspection table is designed specifically for re-inspecting, inline finishing and numbering single-track label flows. Its horizontal design eliminates the need for web edge position controlling.
Its pneumatic winding shafts are powered by advanced digital servomotors. A dedicated electronic system monitors the reel diameter and web tension, as well as the output and operation of the integral label counter. In combination with a scanner or our fleyeVision print face inspection system, flytec 100 thus becomes a highly productive inspection machine. The newly developed electronic inkjet system permits label numbering to proceed simultaneously with the control process. Even with forward and reverse positioning, omissions or duplicate numbering are reliably excluded.

Used with our fleyeVision printface inspection system, flytec 100 becomes a reliable inspection machine even for pharmaceutical labels. An electronic controller ensures a genuine 100% inspection of all labels by the camera system. If a flaw is detected, the system will position it in the operator’s field of vision, and any correction performed by the operator is passed through the inspection process again. The fleyeVision pharmaControl option provides a full range of logging and reporting functions. As an option the system is capable to inspect different types of barcodes and OCR verification.

Each flytec 100 system can be optionally equipped with an inkjet unit for label numbering. A purpose-designed controller monitors and controls the entire signal flow for the ink jet system, providing the following features:

The integral displaceable splicer allows convenient splicing of several small reels. The cutting plate can be adjusted by about 100 mm. The web is fixed with two web clamps.
