The clever part is that the camera checks each individual lane of labels and if an error occurs it identifies its location.When the finished product has completed its production cycle, the good labels are automatically ejected down one chute of the conveyer and the roll containing the error/s is sent down the reject chute. Operating with this system means that a non-stop turret rewinding system can be used with guaranteed 100% inspection of the product which is not normally possible".

The Automatic Take-off Conveyer can be supplied on all new Vectra turret rewinder models for widths from 330 (12") to 510mm (20").
