The range extends from system based on area scan to line scan camera technology. Our PC based system provide solutions with extensive error logging and document features. It is supplemented by number and bar code inspection units and solutions enabling a comparison of PDF files with print output.

Misprints can be marked via a labeling or ink jet process in the course of the printing run. In sheet printing the controller can ensure an automatic segregation of spoilt sheets. All errors are logged and printed out with their dimensions and position on the web (in linear meters). Using our editor, you may customize the report to your company's specific operating requirements.

HOW IT WORKS
As an option, the system can be fitted with a fleyeVision Colour Scan colour camera. In this configuration the camera is freely controlled by the Controller T 100 on a cross beam arranged over the web. The identification of misprints is thus combined with a web monitoring feature. When the grayscale inspection process reveals an unacceptable flaw, the colour camera moves to the error position and the operator can review the problem area on their display in colour, with an extremely high-resolution zoom function
