The range extends from system based on area scan to line scan camera technology. Our PC based system provide solutions with extensive error logging and document features. It is supplemented by number and bar code inspection units and solutions enabling a comparison of PDF files with print output.

Designed as a standalone system, fleyeVision Standard can be retrofitted to your inspection machine anytime.

The use of our PC based Camera technology ensures outstanding maintenance friendliness and unsurpassed system stability. Clearly structured menus and a convenient control panel make the system very easy to operate. Our fleyeVision Standard system can be configured to control any existing inspection or in-line.

HOW IT WORKS
Once the machine has been powered up, reference images with printing tolerances are taught into the system. A 100% inspection of the printed out-put is launched with the start of the electronic controller. When a flaw is detected, the machine is slowed down and the web stops with the defective image in a pre-defined position. Any further errors occurring in this phase are stored in memory in the background. As soon as the defective image has reached the stop position it is displayed on the screen for correction by the operator. Any additional errors stored in memory  are  sequentially  processed  in  the  same  manner. On flytec

machines or third-party equipment with reversible winding directions, any detected flaw is automatically returned into the camera's filed of vision. The corrected error will thus be re-inspected after the system has been started again.

Further acceptable printface variation can still be taught into the system as the inspection proceeds. For improved security and reliability, the inspection ends with a visual comparison between the reference image and the taught-in acceptable printface variation - the latter being marked in red for maximum clarity.

As a low-cost image processing system for quality assurance environments, fleyeVision Standard is available in different versions: with a resolution of 768 x 564 pixels for web widths up to 400 mm and with 1400 x 1050 pixels for 200 mm webs as an economy solution.
